Originality & Copyright

I confirm that the submitted script is my original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property or moral rights of any third party. I further confirm that the work has been registered with the Screenwriters Association (SWA) or a recognized copyright authority under applicable Indian law.

Authorisation to Pitch

I authorise Camran Films and its duly appointed representatives to present, pitch, and share this script with over-the-top (OTT) platforms, individual producers, and other potential collaborators for the purpose of exploring production or development opportunities.

No Guarantee of Selection

I understand that submission of this script does not constitute any guarantee of selection, production, financing, or commercial exploitation. All rights in and to the submitted work shall remain vested with me, the original creator, unless otherwise assigned or licensed through a separate written agreement.

Confidentiality & Scope of Use

I consent that Camran Films shall not disclose, distribute, or otherwise share the submitted materials beyond the scope of the authorised pitching process without my prior written consent.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This declaration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this submission shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Hyderabad, Telangana.

No Fiduciary Relationship

I acknowledge that submission of this material does not create any fiduciary, agency, or confidential relationship between me and Camran Films.

No Expectation of Compensation

I understand that Camran Films is under no obligation to compensate me for reviewing, pitching, or discussing this submission unless a separate written agreement is executed.

Waiver of Claims

I waive any claims for damages, compensation, or injunctive relief arising from the pitching process, unless governed by a separate agreement.

Retention & Non-Return

I confirm that I have retained a copy of the submitted materials and understand that Camran Films is not obligated to return or preserve the original submission.

Third-Party Collaboration Clause

Camran Films reserves the right to assign, license, or collaborate with third-party entities in connection with the submitted materials, subject to prior written consent.
